To file a claim, simply follow the below steps:
How to File a Claim:
- Log in to your Mulberry customer portal
- Click the drop-down arrow on your product's protection plan
- Scroll down to click "File a Claim"
- Enter your claim details & submit!
Once a claim is submitted, the Mulberry claims team will review your claim details and determine whether to repair or replace your product. In the event that we cannot find a valid replacement for the item, we will offer you a reimbursement payment.
