Mulberry provides you with an easy-to-use customer portal, from which you can view your coverage details and file claims.

To file a claim, simply follow the below steps:

How to File a Claim:

  • Log in to your Mulberry customer portal

  • Click the drop-down arrow on your product's protection plan

  • Scroll down to click "File a Claim"

  • Enter your claim details & submit!

Once a claim is submitted, the Mulberry claims team will review your claim details and determine whether to repair or replace your product. In the event that we cannot find a valid replacement for the item, we will offer you a reimbursement payment.
