If you exchange your product for an identical product, your plan remains valid and active. If you exchange your product for a different product (or the same product with a different retail value), you will also need to cancel the plan associated with that product (and purchase a new plan, if you prefer). 

If you cancel your warranty within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund for your plan. 30 days or more after purchase, you will receive a prorated refund, based on the time remaining on your plan.
