Mulberry provides you with an easy-to-use, dedicated customer account, from which you can view your coverage details, file claims, and check your claim status. To check the status of your claim, simply follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Mulberry customer account
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right side of the Protection Plan on which you've filed a claim
- Scroll down to the “Claim History” section for a summary of your claim status
