If you exchange your product for an identical product, your plan remains valid and active. If you exchange your product for a different product (or the same product with a different retail value), you will need to cancel the plan associated with that product (and purchase a new plan, if you'd like to have that product covered).
If you cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund for the plan (minus any claims paid).*
