Q: What do the plans cover?
A: MulberryCare protection plans go beyond your manufacturer's warranty to provide accidental damage protection. For incidents like spills, drops, cracks, rips & more, Mulberry will provide customers with free repairs or replacement products.
Q: What products are eligible?
A: We offer product protection for a variety of online products including appliances, furniture, electronics, rugs, jewelry, bikes, apparel, home goods, and more. Our classification engine will automatically identify warrantable products so there’s no manual effort on your part. Mulberry will only be offered to your customers when a product is eligible.
Q: How much does a MulberryCare program cost for merchants?
A: Our beta program is 100% free for merchants. Once the program exits the beta phase, merchants may have to pay a monthly subscription to run the program. All beta participants will be notified in advance and merchants who do not wish to continue post-beta will not have to make any payments.
Q: Which merchants are able to participate in the Beta
The program is a closed beta. Only Shopify merchants who have received an invitation from the Mulberry team are able to participate.
